The Thermal mass Flowmeters’ Flow measurement is based on the principle that heat is drown from a heated element when a fluid passes through. This Flowmeter consist of two sensors in which one sensor measures the fluid’s current temperature as a reference & second sensor is heated and as a constant temperature differential relative to the first sensor at zero flow. When the fluid starts to flow, the heated sensor gets cooled due to the flow of the fluid. The greater the cooling effect, The higher velocity of the fluid flow.
