We are specializing in producing high-performance industrial-grade flow measuring instruments such as Coriolis Mass, thermal mass, and vortex mass. Coriolis mass flow meters are utilized to measure the mass of a liquid or gas through inertia. The process fluid is directed through a tube that is being vibrated by a small actuator, which introduces a Coriolis acceleration into the flowing stream, resulting in a measurable twisting force on the tube and a phase shift. The Coriolis meter operates based on the principles of motion mechanics. During operation, a drive coil stimulates the tubes to oscillate in opposition at the natural resonant frequency, and as the tubes oscillate, the voltage generated from each pickoff creates a sine wave. This methodology enables the measurement of mass flow with high accuracy and precision, making it a preferred choice for industrial applications.
